In view of the appeal being presented by the L.Rs. of the deceased who died much before the Award passed by the Reference Court and the appeal is presented with the application seeking condonation of delay i.e. C.A. No. 2114 of 2018, the applicants are not required to make separate application seeking condonation of delay for bringing the L.Rs. of deceased claimant on record. 3.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of in terms of the observations made above.
