Despite the service of notice, there is no cooperation from respondent No.3. The SDO, Majalgaon has filed an affidavitin-reply dated 08-04-2022 stating in paragraph Nos. 4 that respondent No.3 is not cooperating in this matter. We find that this authority is stalling the hearing in this petition. 2.

Issue notice for final disposal to respondent No.3, returnable on 27-07-2022. The matter shall appear in the urgent

The advocate for the petitioners shall deposit the deficit court fees of Rs.375/- and shall remove all office objections on or before 06-07-2022, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed, without reference to the court, on 07-07-2022.
