Heard. This petition is filed challenging the interim order passed by the learned Commissioner, whereby the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner the order dated 06.09.2023 rejected the interim relief in favour of petitioners. 2.

This Court by order dated 12.10.2023 granted adinterim-relief which is not confirmed.

In the meantime, it is pointed out that the learned Additional Commissioner though has considered the Revision No. 2023/ROR/REV/CR-262 dated 05.02.2024, observing that the present petition is pending before this Court and the revision will be decided only after decision of this Writ Petition. The said order is taken on record and marks as 'X' for identification.

This Court has only stayed the order passed by the learned Additional Collector, District Latur dated 20.06.2023. This Court has not granted stay to the proceedings before the Commissioner.

The learned Additional Commissioner thus need not wait for the decision of this Writ Petition and pass the operative order as well. Since the Commissioner has already heard the matter and only operative order is to be passed. The learned Commissioner is directed to pass operative order in any case within four weeks from today.

With this the Writ Petition stands disposed off by

confirming that the ad-interim-relief that was granted by this Court by order dated 12.10.2023 shall continue till the decision of the revision by learned Additional Commissioner two weeks thereafter.
