Learned Advocate for the petitioners places on record the decision by the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.5456 of 2025 with companion matters (The Maharashtra Rajya Padvidhar Prathamik Shikshan Va Kendrapramukh Sabha and others vs.

wp-10883.25 The State of Maharashtra and others), decided on 14th November 2025, and he submits that in view of the said decision, respondents State issued directions on 18th November 2025 and then Circular has been issued on 20th November 2025. The circular dated 20th November 2025 is taken on record by marking Exhibit "X". He submits that in view of the said circular Exhibit "X", the matter can be disposed of.

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
