The Petitioners seek interim relief in the Original Application No.1761/2023, filed before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) at Aurangabad. By an order (which is not challenged in this Writ Petition), the Petitioners have been refused interim relief in the pending Original Application. The said application is posted today for a final hearing. 2.

In similar facts and circumstances, we have passed an order dated 15/09/2023 in Writ Petition No.11616/2023, requesting the learned Tribunal, to decide the pending Original Application.

In view of the above and since the Original Application is pending before the learned Tribunal, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We request the learned Tribunal that, if the final hearing in the matter can be concluded, an earlier decision may be delivered.
