This is an application for restoration of the second appeal rejected by the operation of the condition in the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 24-11-2021 for not removing the office objections.

The learned advocate for the appellants submits that the appellants would now remove the office objections within two weeks. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside.

The second appeal is registered subject to the condition that the appellant-applicant removes the office objections within two weeks failing which this order shall stand automatically revoked without reference to the court.
