Perused the communication dated 08-12-2025 received from CJJD, Kannad, through Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad and record. It appears that, vide order dated 10-042018, the trial court was directed to dispose of the proceeding RCS No. 271/2012 within one year. Despite the said fact, till this date, the trial court has failed to comply with the same. It seems that three times, the time was granted to the learned trial court. This is the fourth time the communication has been received. In the said communication, the trial court has not explicitly specified the time frame within which it intends to dispose of the matter, and the reasons stated therein are not satisfactory. The filing of a vague communication itself indicates that the learned trial court is not serious about the directions issued by this court and, therefore, filed

However, considering the facts of the case, six months' time is granted to dispose of the said proceeding. 3.
