The learned counsel submitted before us that the grievance of the petitioner was in respect of non providing the benefits under the notification dated 23.04.2012 in spite of the order of this Court and during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner is already released on 07.03.2018.

As such, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
