1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] Since it is informed by Shri Karlekar, learned AGP, on instructions, that the notice, by which the petitioner was informed that a measurement will be carried out, has already been implemented and enforced, the measurement is already carried out, nothing survives in the writ petition and it is disposed of. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions. It is open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies as are permissible in law.
