After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners for some time, when this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief to the petitioners for the reason that the petitioners did not object to the application filed by the plaintiff before the Trial court. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all objections with regard to the survey report at appropriate stage.
