This is a revision filed by the wife and two daughters challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Family Court dated 27.09.2021 in Petition No. E-16/2020.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the learned Family Court failed to consider the income of the respondent and awarded less amount as compared to the amount which the applicants prayed in their application.

Learned counsel for the applicants now submits that salary slip of the respondent for the month of January and March 2022 shows that there is

2 15-REVN 179-2021.odt substantial increase in the salary of the respondent. He therefore, submits that such aspect needs to be considered for enhancement of the maintenance amount.

The order passed by the learned Family Court is dated 27.09.2021 whereas, salary slips produced alongwith present revision are of the month of January and February 2022.

The applicants are therefore at liberty to approach the learned Family Court at Parbhani for the purpose of enhancement of maintenance on the ground of increase in the salary of the respondent. 7.

Liberty is granted to the applicants to approach the learned Family Court by filing an application for enhancement and enclosing the documents showing increase in the salary of the respondent. 8.

If such application is filed, the same shall be decided as early as possible.

With these observations, present revision application stands disposed of.
