On perusal of the reasons as stated in the application, delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making any delay. Hence, case is made out to condone the delay. Consequently, application is allowed. Delay of 47 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA is disposed off.
