It appears that the respondent/accused has already filed Criminal Appeal No. 98 of 2022 wherein Mr. D.S. Ingole is appointed for him to represent his cause. As such, for the reasons stated in this application, the delay mentioned therein stands condoned. Appeal be registered.

We hereby appoint Mr. D.S. Ingole to represent respondent No.1 in this matter also. Further, it appears that Mr. A.S. Usmanpurkar, is also appointed in the appeal No. 98 of 2022 to represent the victim.
