I have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides and perused the prayers put forth by the applicant/ Union representing about 39 workers. I have also gone through the detailed order passed by me on 15.10.2018.

It is informed by the learned advocate for the management that these 39 workers are being paid Rs.10,325/- as Diwali bonus within a short period.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is partly allowed and these 39 workers are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) each from the Industrial Court on or before 18.10.2019. Rest of the amount shall now be invested in a fixed deposit
