This is an application seeking directions to the acquiring body to deposit the remaining 50% amount. The applicants/appellants have already withdrawn 50% amount, which was deposited by the acquiring body.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that he has no instructions from his client.

What is prima facie seen is that the amount enhanced is within four times of the amount awarded by the S.L.A.O. We, therefore, direct the acquiring body to deposit the remaining 50% amount in this Court, within six weeks, with accrued interest. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
