Mr Natu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present Civil Application No.13668 of 2018 as well as Civil Application No.12107 of 2019 on a submission that due to communication gap, the statements are made in these applications and these applications are not in consonance with the record and as such, the applicant/petitioner be permitted to withdraw these applications with a liberty to file appropriate application on receipt of appropriate information.

In view of above, both the civil applications are allowed to be withdrawn with library as prayed for and the same are disposed of accordingly.
