THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH THE ADDITIONAL CHIEF SECRETARY AND OTHERS ....

1.
The petitioner's prayer in this petition is, that the decision delivered by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad, dated 13/09/2016, be complied with. 2.
At the outset, we need to record that, this Court cannot issue an order directing the execution of the order of the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The petitioner has a remedy.
3.
Nevertheless, the learned A.G.P. submits that, the order of the Tribunal has been complied with and the concerned Police Patil has already been dis-engaged by cancelling his appointment.

For both the above reasons, this petition cannot be entertained and stands disposed off.
