Mr.Sonwalkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and learned Addl. Govt. Pleader raise a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy, either to challenge supersession or seniority list.

In light of that, though Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
