Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed against rejection of the change report is pending with the Joint Charity Commissioner. Directions are sought for expeditious disposal of the same.

Petitioner contends that he is the respondent before the Joint Charity Commissioner. The Joint Charity Commissioner has not granted any stay or interim order in favour of the persons who have filed the appeal.

We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner. The petitioner may make application before the Joint Charity Commissioner for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

The Joint Charity Commissioner shall consider the appeal

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
