It is submitted that the objection under Section 3(H)(4) of the National Highways Act is not decided by the authority. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions makes a statement that within a period of four (04) weeks from today, the orders would be passed on the objection raised by the petitioners by the competent authority and till the objection is decided, payment would not be made to any party.

The said statement is accepted. The payment may not be made as undertaken till the objection is decided and further period of one (1) week from the date of the decision.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
