The Petitioner is completely misconceived in his submission that page 21 is an award and page 30 is an estatement. Page 21 is the revised valuation chart for the purposes of arriving at a consent award. Similarly, page 30 contains the details of such revised valuation. By no stretch of imagination, it can be termed as an award.

The learned AGP places on record the communication dated 12.01.2024, which is marked as "X" for identification. According to him, steps would be taken in view of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

*2* 914wp12791o23 Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, for acquisition and payment of compensation.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Authorities to follow the procedure strictly as is provided under the 2013 Act.

We record the above statements. Needless to state, the interest to which the Petitioner may be statutorily entitled to, shall be paid to him. The acquiring body shall forward the proposal to the District Collector for land acquisition within 30 days.
