Delay of 12 days caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 21.03.2025. Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 4.

The parties to take a note that appeal shall be heard finally at the stage of admission.
