The applicants are the original claimants seeking condonation of delay of 112 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar in MACP No.450/2017 . 5.

Accordingly, for the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, the following order:- i) The delay is condoned.

( 2 ) 917 ca 13184.19 ii) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. iii) First Appeal Stamp Number be registered. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 05.08.2022 iv) Call R & P.
