Present Criminal Writ Petition arises out of the proceedings under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3.

Learned Counsel submitted that he wish to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition in view of the Negotiable Instruments [amended] Ordinance, 2015. Learned Counsel submitted that liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach again before the learned trial Court in view of the Negotiable Instruments [amended] Ordinance,
