With the consent of the learned advocates appearing for the parties, the order dated 30.07.2022 passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar is modified with a direction to the trial Court to send the following three documents for signature verification in addition to the documents sent by order dated 01.02.2020: (i) Plaint in Regular Civil Suit No.564 of 1974.

(ii) Vakalatnama signed by the father of defendant filed in Regular Civil Suit No.564 of 1974 (iii) Affidavit of Sadashiv Balakrishna Deo (father). 2.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
