Respondent No.4, Executive Engineer, Beed Irrigation Division, Beed, has been served with the Court notice. After notice was issued on 14.12.2021, by order dated 25.06.2024, considering the non-cooperation of Respondent No.4 in not appearing in this matter despite service of Court notice, we had imposed cost of Rs.5,000/-. The said amount has not been deposited in this Court.

Issue a bailable warrant to Respondent No.4, in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, returnable on 28.08.2024. Respondent No.4

(( 2 )) 919-WP-14055-2021 shall show cause as to why we should not initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against him for his act of defiance, non co-operation and refusal to obey the order of this Court.

The Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station at Beed, shall ensure that the bailable warrant is served upon Respondent No.4.
