[2] Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. K.H. Surve, learned counsel representing Respondent / husband submitted that Cri.M.A.No.12/13 which is sought to be transferred from Family Court, Aurangabad to Family Court, Nanded is already dismissed for want of prosecution by the Family Court, Aurangabad. Statement accepted.
