The petitioners are awaiting approval of the Education Officer. It is being pointed out that some queries were raised and the Headmaster has complied with the communication dated 02 January 2024 and still, the Education Officer has not taken any decision.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent no. 3 / Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, to take appropriate decision on the proposal on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks.
