This is an application to add third party as party respondent Nos.5 and 6, who apparently have purchased the suit property from the original plaintiff during pendency of the litigation. 3.

In addition, even the execution filed before the executing court bears their names in the array of decree holders. 4.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed. The respondent Nos.5 and 6 are allowed to be impleaded. Necessary corrections be carried out in the Appeal Memo.

After such amendment is carried out, issue notice to the persons to be added. Learned advocate Mr. Kazi waives service to them even in the Second Appeal. Stand over to 09.02.2022.
