1] Caste claim of the petitioners as Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

2] Amongst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that real brother of the petitioner no.2 and paternal cousin of petitioner no.1, namely, Ketan son of Kashinath Pandhare had applied for issuance of validity certificate of Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe and the same is invalidated. He filed Writ Petition bearing No.1678 of 2021 before this Court. This Court, under order dated 28th January, 2021 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to him. 3] We have also heard learned AGP.

13541.21WP 4] For the reasons stated in the order dated 28th January, 2021 in Writ Petition No.1678 of 2021 filed by the real brother of petitioner no.2 and paternal cousin of petitioner no.1, we follow the same course and pass the following order:

ORDER

I] The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioners of Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe immediately. The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.

II] Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
