O R D E R

I.

The application of Applicant Nos.1 to 5 is disposed of as withdrawn.

II.

The application of Applicant Nos.6, 7 and 8 is allowed. III.

Relief is granted only to Applicant Nos.6, 7 and 8 in terms of prayer clause (A).

IV.

If the charge-sheet is filed as against Applicant Nos.6, 7 and 8, it is to be treated that the case against them is also quashed and set aside. Such amendment is to be made in the application.

V.

Rule is made absolute in those terms.
