Perusal of record indicates that the valuation of present Appeals is less than Rs. 1 crore. In view of the enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court to entertain Appeal by virtue of Government Resolution dated 29.07.2015, present Appeals deserves to be transferred to District Court, Beed. 2.
