It appears that after filing of this appeal an order has been passed by the Reference Court in Day Petition No. 35/2016 directing some correction to be made in the judgment and award. Since the record and proceeding is lying with this Court, it needs to be sent back to the Reference Court to enable it to carry out the correction pursuant to that order. 3.

The application is allowed. The record and proceeding be sent back to the Reference Court with a direction to carry out the necessary correction and again send it back to the Court immediately. 4.
