His request has been kept pending by the Headmaster and the Management and the Education Officer to whom communication was addressed on 18.06.2024 (Exhibit-G) for not taking any steps. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Secondary), to take appropriate steps and issue necessary directions considering the petitioner's request (Exhibit-G) on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
