21st JANUARY, 2021 PER COURT :- Today, learned APP submitted that "C" summary report is filed by the Police. It appears that this is second time "C" summary report is filed. On last occasion "C" summary report was rejected by Judicial Magistrate, First Class. As "C" summary report is filed by the Police, this Court is expected that the investigation is completed in the matter. There is no need to transfer of investigation. The present proceeding is filed for transfer of investigation to the Crime Bureau of Investigation or to the Crime Investigation Department or any other independent agency. It will be open to the petitioner to come to this Court again, if "C" summary report is rejected and direction is given for further investigation. 2.

In view of aforesaid circumstances, present Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
