...Applicant versus The State of Maharashtra through the Police Inspector, Pathardi Police Station, Tq. Pathardi, Dist. Ahmednagar.
...Respondent
.....
Mr. V.D. Sapkal, Advocate for applicant Mr. S.Y. Mahajan, A.P.P. for respondent .....
CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.
DATE : 7th JANUARY, 2016 ORAL ORDER :
The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-252 of 2015 registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.
2.
Mr. Sapkal, learned Counsel for the applicant would urge that further detention of the applicant will be of hardly any consequence, as the investigation in the matter is complete charge sheet is already filed. According to him, out of differences between
5933.15crapln -2husband and wife, the incident took place.
3.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the application on the ground that there is prima facie case against the applicant and sufficient evidence is available on record.
4.
From the record, it depicts that there is strong prima facie case made out by the prosecution against the applicant, particularly for the offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code. Statement of the complainant, in my opinion, is very specific. In that view of the matter, no case for grant of bail is made out. The application fails, stands rejected. [ N.W.
