In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter-alia has prayed to quash and set aside the proposal dated 6/10/2012 submitted by the Board of Administrator of the Society, seeking approval to the amended bye-laws of the Society which were passed in the 95th meeting held on 30/9/2012. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that, on account of efflux of time, the issue involved in this petition has been rendered academic. 3.

Hence, this petition is disposed off.
