Heard the respective learned counsels.

The petitioner's grievance is that even the order on issue notice to the respondents have not been passed in the appeal pending before the District Superintendent of Land Record. What procedure the District Superintendent of Land Record is following was not aware. Therefore, we called the instructions from him through the learned AGP. Learned AGP has instructions that large number of matters are pending before

927-WP.13654-24.odt the said Authority. Therefore, the Authority has decided the matters as per the seniority. Therefore, the matter of the petitioners has not been touched. How to give priority to the matters is a discretion of the Authority. But, atleast the primary orders of issue notice, stay if any should have been passed immediately. So, till the turn of such matter comes, the matter should be ready. We hope that the Authority will follow the above practice. We make it clear that we do not disturb the policy of the Authority to give priority to the old matters because it is rational. We direct the respondent/Authority atleast pass the preliminary orders in all such fresh matters. 3.

With the above direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
