The petitioners desire that we should issue directions to the respondent to issue the caste certificates in favour of the petitioners, who are minors appearing through their biological guardian.

The learned AGP submits that the respondent has already conveyed to the petitioners to produce the record prior to 1950.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not have the record prior to 1950.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Let the petitioners tender a pursis to the respondent/ Sub Divisional Officer as to whether, they have any document prior to 1950, as well as submit a list of documents, which they desire to rely upon, to the Sub Divisional Officer.
