PER COURT :- 1.

Learned Advocates Shri Sakolkar and Shri Adgaonkar, have placed on record the compromise terms between the petitioner / management and the employee / respondent. Same is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification.

It is jointly submitted on instructions from the Secretary and the Head-master representing the petitioner / management and respondent No.1 / employee, who are present in the Court, that this petition can be disposed off in terms of Exhibit "X" as both the litigating sides have resolved their differences.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of the compromise deed Exhibit "X". The pending Civil Application, therefore, does not survive and is also disposed off.
