Mr.Kasliwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the alternative remedy of filing an appeal to the Wakf Tribunal. Mr.Kasliwal further states that the impugned order dated 25/06/2012 and the notice dated 12/10/2015 issued pursuant thereto have been stayed by the order dated 30/10/2015 of this Court. All he seeks is continuance of ad-interim stay for a further period of 3 weeks from today. 2.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Ad-interim relief granted by the order dated 30/10/2015 is continued for a further period of 3 weeks from today to enable the petitioners to approach the Wakf Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. khs/APR.2017/10923
