1] The petitioners seeks direction against the respondents to insert the name of the petitioners in the voters list of Karjat constituency in Ahmednagar District as per the objection dated 8.11.2013. Mr. Temkar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since 15 years, applications are being made. However, no cognizance is being taken by the respondents of the said application.

2] In case, petitioner's objection is still pending, and/or if the petitioners file an application for inclusion of their name in the voters list, respondent authority shall consider the said application and take decision upon the same, before the next legislative assembly election on its own merits.
