The Petitioners figure in the TET scam and their TET examination result has been cancelled. However, they have acquired M.A. + B.Ed. qualification. In the light of the extensive order of this
- 2 - Court dated 14.09.2023 in WP 8534/2023, the Petitioners would be eligible for registering themselves on the Pavitra Portal, as they have passed TAIT and are Post Graduate+ B.Ed.

In view of the above, if any of these Petitioners are covered by the qualifying clauses set out in the order dated 14.09.2023, the Respondents Maharashtra State Council of Examination and Commissioner (Education) Maharashtra State, Pune, would consider each case by conducting a thorough scrutiny and only if they are eligible, they may be permitted to participate by registering themselves on the Pavitra Portal.

Both the petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 4.
The learned advocate Shri Nikam submits, on instructions, that each of these Petitioners be called upon to send an individual email on the e-mail address "edupavitra2022@gmail.com" by setting forth their full name, their TAIT examination roll number, their cellular phone number, their Writ Petition number and the date of the order of this Court i.e. 29.09.2023. He assures that each case would be
- 3 - specifically scrutinized to the extent of the eligibility for registration on the Pavitra Portal and the Petitioners would be accordingly informed. 5.
