This petition is against an order of rejection passed below Exh.10 application dated 19th September 2024 for appointment of Court Commissioner by the plaintiff.

The learned Judge, While rejecting the application has observed that, till now, the evidence of the parties is not concluded and the application is filed at pre-mature stage.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. The petitioner are at liberty to file an application at appropriate stage.
