1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of Appeal, appellant no.2 Rajaram Shankar Mundhe is died. Applicant nos.2A to 2F are the heirs and legal representatives of deceased appellant no.2 Rajaram, hence, requested to allow the present application. The learned counsel for the applicants further submits that there is delay of 660 days for filing the present Civil Application and same be condoned.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Court may pass appropriate order.

2626.19CA 3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 660 days for taking out the present application is condoned as the applicant nos.2A to 2F are the heirs and legal representatives of deceased appellant no.2 Rajaram, hence, their names be taken on record. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
