This appeal is placed today before the National Lok Adalat. 3.

The learned counsel Ms. Mangal Chavan for the appellant - claimant is present whereas the learned counsel for respondent - Insurance Company Mr. Anil Basarkar and Mr. Mangesh C. Mene are also present.

The learned Advocates for rival parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis, and accordingly placed on record Compromise terms which are marked 'X' for identification. The authority letter has also been issued by the concerned Insurance Company in the name of 918-fa-1028-20 .odt

its learned Advocate Mr. Anil Basarkar and Mr. Mangesh C. Mene authorizing him to settle the matter.

We have verified the contents of compromise purshis dated 13.08.2022 through the original claimant and he admits the same. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in view of compromise terms 'X'.

The award be drawn in view of the compromise terms. 7.

The learned counsel for rival parties submitted that the compensation amount if deposited before the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad as per the compromise terms then the same shall be paid to the original claimant forthwith. 8.

The Court fee refund Certificate be issued as per rules. 9.
