In order dated 09.09.2025 while restored Second Appeal, Civil Application No.4014 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B & C" meaning thereby the second appeal was restored to its original position along with applications also. When second appeal was declared to be abated, interim relief was running in favour of the applicants. On restoration of the second appeal, it is obvious that the interim relief also gets restored. In that view of the matter, no separate orders are required to pass in the present application.
