The applicant is seeking relaxation of condition not to enter the Village Nimbol, Taluka Raver, District Jalgaon till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant came with a case that he is 22 years old. He has no source of income. He has suffered fracture on his right foot. It is difficult for him to run his day-to-day life. There is nobody to look after him as he is residing outside the village. 4.

Learned APP would state that there are no complaints of breach of the conditions imposed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The condition imposed in Bail Application No.432 of 2022 by order dated 13.04.2022, not to enter the jurisdiction of Village Nimbol, Taluka Raver, District Jalgaon till the conclusion of the trial, is relaxed.
