The petitioner has not deposited the amount as directed under order 20.06.2016 though ample opportunity is granted. Time was extended for deposit of the amount lastly on 12.02.2021. On 12.02.2021 this Court observed that if amount is not deposited as directed within a period of two weeks, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the matter. The matter was adjourned to 05.03.2021. The petitioner has not deposited the amount.

The Public Interest Litigation stands dismissed. 3.

In case, the petitioner files P.I.L. in future, the present order shall be annexed thereto.
