The petitioner prays for withdrawal of his suspension. In the alternative, he prays that the representation dated 28th September, 2022 may be considered by the Zilla Parishad and some orders be passed. He has prayed for revocation of the suspension order. 3.

We requested the learned advocate Shri Bondar, who is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, to render assistance. He submits that if there is a representation filed by the petitioner, the same would be considered within a time frame.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.

We expect respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th September, 2022 and pass an appropriate order, on or before 15th February, 2023.
